Course structure and outcomes
Each course follows a predictable pattern: scenario, experiment, reflection, adaptation. This pattern helps participants translate learning into daily actions.
Scenario mapping
Participants analyze a real challenge — for example, recurring missed deadlines — and map triggers, resources, and communication points to create an intervention roadmap.
Guided experiments
Each learner runs short experiments (7–14 days) with clear metrics. Sessions include debrief templates and peer feedback to refine approaches based on observed results.
Practical integration
Post-course check-ins and micro-tasks support transferring new habits into daily routines. Examples include stand-up meeting scripts, focus scheduling templates, and short accountability pairings.
