Eligibility and access
Access to getmindflexa services requires a valid account and compliance with local laws. Individuals must be eligible to enter into contracts under applicable law and must provide accurate information. Example: corporate learners must ensure they have authorization to enroll on behalf of their employer.
Users must be of legal age to create an account in their jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent where required. Our platform is not intended for children under 13; minors should enroll only with appropriate adult supervision.
Users must use services lawfully. Prohibited uses include sharing content that violates rights, facilitating illegal activities, or misrepresenting credentials. Practical case: do not submit plagiarized work as original in assessment modules.
Service availability may vary by country. Users are responsible for ensuring that access and use comply with local regulations. Example: certain payment options or certifications may not be available in all jurisdictions.
Account responsibilities
Creating an account lets you enroll in courses, track progress, and access resources. Account holders are responsible for maintaining account information and for all activity that occurs under their accounts.
Provide true, accurate, and complete information. If personal details change, update them promptly. Case example: incorrect name on an enrollment form may delay issuance of a course completion record.
Protect your account credentials and notify getmindflexa immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Use strong passwords and enable available security features.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing by getmindflexa. Corporate accounts may have separate terms reflecting organizational use.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support at [email protected] and +66901640852 with Business ID 1376957505168. Provide relevant timestamps and examples of unauthorized activity to help our response.
We may temporarily suspend accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or security risks. Suspension is intended to protect learners and platform integrity; we will notify affected users and outline steps to restore access where feasible.
Services and course materials
getmindflexa provides personal growth courses, workshops, and supporting materials delivered online and in-person. Content includes practical scenarios, case studies, worksheets, and recorded sessions. Course descriptions indicate scope and intended outcomes, and users should choose modules that fit their objectives.
We may modify course curricula, schedules, instructors, or features. When possible we notify enrolled learners and provide transitional guidance. Example: if a module is updated with a new case study, learners enrolled in that cohort will be informed and given access to revised materials.
We strive for consistent access but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, or regulatory actions may affect services. In such cases we provide notices and alternatives when feasible.
User conduct rules
To foster a safe learning environment, users must follow rules based on practical cases and respectful collaboration.
- Respect others: engage professionally in discussions and coaching exercises; avoid harassment or abusive language.

User content and contributions
Users may submit content such as forum posts, assignments, and case study analyses. Submissions help build a community knowledge base when shared appropriately.
You retain ownership of original content you submit. By submitting content to getmindflexa, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
By submitting content, you grant getmindflexa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content for platform operation, improvement, and educational purposes, including use in anonymized case libraries and instructor materials.
You are responsible for the content you submit. Case-based examples should avoid revealing sensitive personal data about third parties. getmindflexa may remove content that violates policies or legal requirements.
We may remove or restrict access to user content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform guidelines. If possible, we will notify the content owner and provide a rationale.
Intellectual property

- Do not reproduce or distribute paid course materials beyond personal use without written permission.
- Do not claim ownership of getmindflexa proprietary content or remove attribution from instructor-created materials.
- Do not create derivative works for commercial redistribution without a separate license agreement.
Paid services and billing
Certain courses, certifications, and coaching packages require payment. Paid services are described on getmindflexa.info with pricing, billing intervals, and features for each offering.
Prices are listed on the service page and may include taxes or fees where required. Practical scenario: group pricing for corporate cohorts is quoted separately and documented in a contract.
Payments are processed through third-party processors. By submitting payment details you authorize the processor to charge the specified amount. getmindflexa does not store full card details except as permitted by the payment processor policies.
Recurring subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Subscribers receive reminders before renewal and can manage subscription settings in their account. Example: monthly coaching access will renew monthly unless canceled through account settings.
Refunds are handled per the specific service refund policy. For many paid courses, a partial refund may be available within a short period after purchase if materials have not been accessed, subject to verification. Refund requests are assessed case-by-case and documented.
You may cancel paid services according to the cancellation rules listed on the product page. Cancellation may affect access to course materials and any scheduled coaching sessions; case-study records already created may be retained for administrative purposes.
Users are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. getmindflexa will collect taxes where required by law and provide tax receipts when applicable.
We may change pricing for services. Existing subscribers will be notified before a price change affecting renewal where feasible. Example: an increase in licensing costs for third-party content may necessitate a price adjustment.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services. getmindflexa may restrict enrollment or remove access to course materials until outstanding balances are resolved.
